Here are a few answers to our most common questions
What type of sample will I be collecting?
Two of the four tests involve a lab and require blood and urine samples that are easily collected in the comfort of your home. The food sensitivity test begins with a pin-prick to the finger and the hormone test collects a 4-point urine sample.
Are these labs tests certified?
We don't just hold ourselves accountable for the accuracy of our tests—we also use third-party agencies to verify our quality. Each lab we work with is CLIA-certified (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments)laboratory licensed, CAP, and COLA accredited. This means they have to meet high standards to obtain both state and federal certifications and submit themselves to regular inspections.
What if I already have recent lab results?
Great news! After your purchase, you will be asked to submit any recent and relevant lab work to Dr. Benson. This includes blood tests in the past 12 months, MRIs and other results that will help determine the optimal Regenerative medicine journey for you.
When will I get my test results?
As soon as you submit your respective specimens, the response time is usually within 10 days at which time you can schedule time with Dr. Benson to analyze the data. Two of the tests are online questionnaires.
We recommend you do the 4 point urine test and the food sensitivity test on the same day. Put your samples in the mailers provided and I will let you know when the results are in.
Is the Biomarker Blueprint protected under HIPPA?
Santa Fe Soul Center for Regenerative Medicine is HIPAA compliant and takes your privacy very seriously. We ensure your data is stored securely, and under no circumstance do we ever sell your data.
Will my insurance cover the Biomarker Blueprint?
Unfortunately, most insurance providers do not cover expenses related to concierge style medicine.
Considering the rising cost of healthcare, we look at this as an investment in your health to keep you from a prohibitively expensive hospital visit or surgical intervention. We also strive to create a tailor-made package matched to your individual needs at a comparatively reasonable price.
This assessment battery is based on Dr. Benson’s twenty-eight year practice treating over one hundred thousand clients. With so many tests to choose from that can cost thousands of dollars, our protocol yields the most relevant health information at only a fraction of the cost.
It is important to know this investment includes Dr. Benson's time to review all your health information (which takes 90-120 minutes) and test results and a one-hour consultation.
Is this process done virtually or in person?
